We will be returning to the Gentle Zoo for their 8th Annual Pumpkin Patch Festival! The Gentle Zoo is a very special place. The animals are indeed gentle, the facility is clean, and the staff are friendly and understand our "kids" well,  as their zoo is designed for people on the spectrum. For this event, not only will be meet the animals, have some fun autumn activities, we will also play on the giant jumping pillow, try out the water rollers, and the "ball blasters" :).    

Since Forney is about 75 minutes from Richardson, we can make carpool arrangements. I can only take 2 in my car, so email me asap if you want to ride with me. Other options can be arranged. 

Cost: $30 (If you would like to buy snacks, souvenirs, or a pumpkin, please send extra $. Pumpkin prices are $1.00 to $40.00) 

Note on time: We plan to arrive at the Gentle Zoo at 1:30, meaning we will leave Dallas at 12:15. Please eat lunch prior or pack one. We will leave around 3:15 and hopefully back no later than 4:30)
