Cutting Horse Show and Aquarium at Fair Park

  • Fair Park 1462 1st Avenue Dallas, TX, 75226 United States (map)

This Friday, we will travel downtown to watch cowboys and cowgirls practice their "cutting" skills as they prepare to compete at the State Fair of Texas!  Wonder what "cutting" means? "Cutting is a western-style equestrian competition in which a horse and rider work as a team before a judge or panel of judges to demonstrate the horse's athleticism and ability to handle cattle" (Wikipedia)

After watching for awhile, we will head over to the aquarium and its fabulous "touch tanks" to view the ocean life and feed the sting rays!

Snack and drink included.

Please let me know if you need pick up/drop off. *NOTE: Time for event includes travel
