Once again, we are so fortunate to have Dr. Chris Long join our group to teach us, this time, about the science of sparklers, that ubiquitous Fourth of July staple of fun. 

Dr. Long will tell us how they are made, what sorts of chemical reactions occur, and then we will "roll" our own. He will demonstrate one for us, then everyone may take one home to ignite with your parents' or caregivers' supervision.
